Let’s skip the foreplay and get down to business. Daddy doesn’t have time to play patty cake. Week 12 is here and I’ve got some plays I love.

Let’s begin.

Michigan (3*) @ Maryland

Michigan passed their first big test last weekend against Penn State on the road. The tears were flowing as the Wolverines came out victorious after the death of Jim Harba.. what’s that?… I’ve just been informed that he did not die and that it was just the first of a three game suspension. Could have sworn that reaction from Sherrone Moore meant he died. My apologies.

Last week, I felt Michigan would use the suspension and drama to their favor and come out with something to prove, and they did. They won the game and covered the spread. The game had a similar feel as the Ohio State vs. Penn State matchup. Was relatively close the whole game, but you never felt like Michigan was in danger of losing.

I have a feeling this could end up being a classic look ahead game. UM just beat a solid Penn State game on the road and likely have their eyes on 11/25 when the Buckeyes come to town.

I expect Michigan to win, but win sloppily on the road at Maryland. I’m taking the Terps to cover and the Under 49.5 to cash.

The Pick: Maryland +19.5 and U49.5

Wake Forest @ Notre Dame (19)

Sam Hartman gave his blood, sweat, and tears to the Wake Forest program for 7 years. He get’s the chance to be on the other sideline in this matchup and I expect him to play like he has something to prove.

Notre Dame by a billion.

The pick: ND -24.5

Washington (5) @ Oregon State (11)

Despite being undefeated and sniffing the CFB Playoffs, the Huskies enter this matchup as the underdog which has many scratching their head.

The weather is looking to be rough in Corvalis, Oregon with high chances of rain and chilly weather. Like Billy Madison’s lunch lady, Mother Nature could be serving us up the game of the week -extra sloppy-.

This could make life tough for Heisman hopefull Michael Penix and that lethal air attack for Washington. Likewise for DJU and Oregon State.

I like the under in this game and I also like Oregon State to win outright at home.

The Pick: U62.5 and Oregon State ML -122

Georgia (1) @ Tennessee (18)

I trusted in Ole Miss to keep things close last week against the Bulldogs and that was dumb. I’m a big dumb idiot. I’m not making that mistake again. I need to get it through my thick skull that Georgia is simply dominant.

Tennessee got bullied last week by Missouri who was coming off a close fight with Georgia. Things won’t get easier this weekend with Georgia coming to town. Georgia in a blowout win.

The pick: Georgia -10

Wrapping up

I need the buckeyes to whoop up on Minnesota early and often so we can move past this week. I want to go up to the Big House with fresh legs and beat the shit out of those cheaters while their fans watch helplessly.
